Sushma Group has acquired a 59-acre prime land parcel for developing a mixed-use project, comprising residential, industrial, and commercial plots, aimed at bolstering Ludhiana’s real estate landscape.

This development comes as a response to the growing demand for integrated infrastructure in Ludhiana and the project is expected to catalyze new opportunities for growth, attract businesses, and enhance the overall quality of life in the region.
