The National Housing Bank (NHB) The Residential Price Index(Residex) of the National Housing Bank ( NHB) for the quarter ending June 2022, has shown upward movement.. The 50 city Housing Price Index (HPI) based on valuation prices of properties sourced from primary lending institutions recorded an annual increase (YoY) of 7% in the quarter ending June 2022 as compared to 1.8% a year ago. Out of the 50 cities, as many as 42 cities registered an increase in the index.
