Premier real estate developer DLF has planned to roll out 10 million sq ft of space in FY 25, eyeing Rs 24200 crore of revenue. For this purpose , the company plans to tap the Chennai, Goa and Mumbai market, besides focusing on its primary markets of Gurgaon and Panchkula.
DLF has plans to focus on super luxury projects in key markets. Out of the 10 million sq ft of upcoming realty projects , 5.8 million sq ft of development will be in the super luxury segment as the company wants to make the most of the high potential of luxury and super luxury housing across geographies.
According to Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, DLF Homes Developers, beginning with two new launches in Gurgaon market, the company will be lining up more launches in Mumbai and Chennai In the pipeline are the second phase of Privana in Gurgaon, besides launching a super luxury project in DLF 5.The Goa and Chennai projects will also be in the luxury category. In FY 25 , DLF will be reentering Mumbai market
The company has done sales bookings of over Rs 9000 crore, achieving a profit of Rs 648 crore for the quarter.
