As the flexible space industry is witnessing good demand for coworking and managed offices, coworking companies are embarking on an expansion drive.
To meet the heightened demand from occupiers and businesses NCR’s leading cowork space provider, The Office Pass (TOP) has announced the expansion of its existing centres on the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. The company will add 350 seats to its existing centre in Paras Downtown Centre , taking the total seat count to 510. The new state-of-the-art coworking facility will be strategically located on the Golf Course Road, in close proximity to Sector 53-54 Metro Station.
According to Aditya Verma, Founder & CEO TOP, the new coworking centre to be operational by Diwali will offer modern amenities, state-of-the-art infrastructure and professional atmosphere that aligns with the ambitions and aspirations of small and medium businesses (SMBs). As part of its mega expansion plan, TOP will be expanding to 100 offices in more than 7 Indian cities , targeting 1000 companies as its customers.
Another leading coworking player- 91 Springboard has opened the doors to its new Platinum Hub in Baner, Pune. Spread over 32000 sq ft in the city’s fastest growing business district , this 800-seater centre is the 27th coworking hub of the company in the country. The platinum hubs of 91 Springboard are at par with the best in the business in terms of design, comfort, lighting and sound control. This state-of-the-art coworking hub is located right on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and just 10 minutes from Balewadi High Street. 91 Springboard is on track to open four new coworking centres this year as part of its expansion plans, as it has already opened three new centres so far in 2023.
Coworking space provider 315Work is also in the expansion mode. It has picked up five entire floors with office space spread over 162000 sq ft in commercial project Raheja Woods in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar. This deal takes the company’s total office space in the tower to nearly 200000 sq ft. The company currently manages 2 million sq ft space totalling around 40000 seats spread across multiple prime locations in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune. 315Work, which currently has 5 centres spread across 0.5 million sq ft in Pune, aims to double its portfolio in the city over the next one year.
