Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has appointed Gaurav Pandey as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 January, 2023.
Gaurav Pandey who is presently the CEO of North Zone, will be replacing Mohit Malhotra. He has been part of the GPL for five years. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, Gaurav joined the group in 2017 as Business Head. In April 2021, he was elevated to the position of CEO- North Zone.
An Economics Honours graduate from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Gaurav brings with him rich experience. Prior to joining GPL, he was the CEO of Burman GSC, a joint real estate platform of Burman family and Golden State Capital. He also served as Senior Vice President and Head Research & Consulting for India’s largest real estate research firm, PropEquity. He was also part of the Management Committee of Ascends India.
Gaurav is currently part of the Management Committee of GPL and serves on the Real Estate Committee of FICCI.
