Macrotech Developers has attained Rs 2814 crore of sales bookings in the June quarter of the current financial year, registering a 194 percent increase over the same period last year.
The company launched 2.7 million sq ft of projects in the June quarter. These included three Joint Development Agreement (JDA) projects in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, having a saleable area of 5.1 million sq ft and a value of Rs 6200 crore.The group is expected to launch 8.5 million sq ft in the remainder of FY 23, with cumulative launches going up to 11.2 million sq ft.
Encouraged by this promising performance, India’s second largest realty firm, Macrotech is all set to achieve sales bookings of Rs 11500 crore in the current financial year.
