With the approval of the long awaited metro route linking Greater Noida West to Jewar Airport via Ghaziabad , the booming real estate in Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida , is set to get a further push.
This new metro line which was stalled for quite some time , will involve extending the line from Noida Sector 51 to the Char Murti roundabout and connecting Knowledge Park -V to the Aqua Line. This will directly link Ghaziabad to Noida International airport via Greater Noida West, significantly shortening the distance.
The extension of the Aqua Line from Sector 52 to Knowledge Park-V , which will be connected to the Namo Bharat line going from the airport, will benefit lakhs of residents of Greater Noida West. With this connectivity between Noida and Ghaziabad will also get significantly enhanced, especially as at present there is no means of public transportation in the area.Meanwhile in a related development, upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar in Greater Noida , is set to start commercial flight trials from November 30, ahead of the scheduled operationalisation of the airport by December end, with a few domestic and international flights.
The nod to this long awaited metro link will not only provide relief to the residents of Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida, but will also serve to further boost the real estate landscape in the region.
