The public sector company Building Construction Corporation (NBCC) has moved the apex court to take over Supertech’s all 17 projects including the one facing insolvency proceedings. The company has cited the example of completing the stalled project of Amrapali  Group.

Supertech has submitted terms of reference for undertaking all the pending projects of Supertech before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) NBCC commits to complete the projects within three years in three phases. Under Phase 1, it proposes to complete Ecovillage-2 (Greater Noida), Romano (Noida), Capetown (Noida), Czar Suites (Greater Noida), Ecovillage-3 (Greater Noida), Sports Village (Greater Noida) and Eco-Citi (Noida)

For phase 2, NBCC in its application before NCLT, has proposed to undertake North Eye (Noida), Upcountry (Yamuna Expressway), Eco Village 1 (Greater Noida), Meerut Sports City (Meerut) and Green Village (Meerut). Under Phase 3, NBCC will undertake Hilltown (Gurgaon), Aravile (Gurgaon), Rivercrest (Rudrapur), Doon Square(Dehradun) and Micasa (Bangalore).
