Noida is developing a master plan for the New Noida Investment Zone identified by DMIDC , spread across an area of 200 square kilometers between Greater Noida Township and Bulandshahar. Part of Western and Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors, New Noida is one of the eight proposed investment regions in the first phase of the development of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor .  

As per the 2041 land use of New Noida, out of the total planned area of 21102 .74 hectares,with  residential, and commercial areas  occupying 2477 hectares and 905.97 hectares respectively. The planned area earmarked for industry, parks and open spaces, institutional greens , water bodies, recreation and traffic transportation is respectively 8811hectares, 2641.84 hectares, 532.10 hectares, 150.65 hectares, 420.60 hectares and 3282.59 hectares.  

As part of this, NOIDA Authority plans to come up with a scheme for development of group housing, industrial plots of various sizes by the private developers. Currently, the Authority is involved  in the exercise of taking inputs from real estate captains and other stakeholders to gauge the market scenario.
