There is finally some silver lining in the dark clouds hovering over Jaypee Group’s mega stalled housing project- Wish Town , with the buyers of Jaypee Greens Kalypso Court condo,(part of the Wish Town) finally getting ready to occupy their homes.
The Kalypso Court housing society has achieved the distinction of being the first real estate project not just in Uttar Pradesh but across India, that has been completed by UP RERA under Rehabilitation Clause (Section 8) of RERA. This society has 900 flats spread across 15 towers. The society is a part of Jaypee Wishtown in Sector 128 Noida where over 20000 home buyers(now embroiled in insolvency process) are waiting for over one and a half decade for possession of their apartments .
UP RERA had taken up four incomplete towers – 7&8, 11& 12 of Kalypso Court for completion. As many as 148 homes that have been given occupation certificates by the Noida Authority are now ready to be delivered to home buyers. Another 126 flats in Towers 11 & 12 are expected to be delivered in a month’s time after they get completion certificates from the Noida Authority.
