Amit Grover is CEO-Cityside Development, Adani Airports

Amit Grover, former ED Office Business DLF, has joined as CEO, of Cityside Development, Adani Airport Holdings Limited. Part of Adani Group’s flagship company Enterprises, Adani Airports has the mandate to modernize and operate 6 airports such as Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, and Thiruvananthapuram.

Prior to joining Adani Airports, Amit Grover had more than 20 years of stint with DLF Group. An MBA from Apeejay School of Management New Delhi with a certificate course in real estate finance and economics and an advanced management programme from Harvard Business School, Amit in his previous assignment served as ED, Office Business, DLF for seven years.

Mohit Gujral Joins Advisory Board of India Sotheby’s International

India Sotheby’s International Realty has inducted Mohit Gujral in its advisory board. Mr Gujral is the former CEO and a board member of DLF As an architect of eminence, he is credited with building some of India’s largest and finest malls, commercial real estate, and integrated townships.

In his new role, Mr Gujral will mentor the team of India  Sotheby’s International Realty and guide the company in its strategic expansion plans, helping it explore new avenues of growth through his diverse experience and valuable insights.

Incuspaze Appoints Varun Chopra as Head, Real Estate Acquisition

Incuspaze, a leading provider of flexible office solutions, has appointed Varun Chopra as head of Real Estate Acquisition, in India. In his last venture, Chopra served as the Vice President of Real Estate with Awfis Space Solutions.

Mr Chopra brings with him a wealth of experience, having spent over 17 years in property acquisition,  commercial leasing, client engagement, market research, and new business development. He held key positions with IPCs, DPC and managed/co-working offices. In his new position, he will play a pivotal role in reinforcing  Incuspaze’s market presence and commitment to providing innovative office solutions.

Simantaka Mukherjee Appointed as CHRO, Tribeca Developers

Tribeca, a branded luxury developer has appointed Simantika Mukherjee as chief human resources officer. Simantika has more than 15 years of experience in human resource management, having worked with key organizations like Tata Realty and Infrastructure.
