Change of Leadership at TEC

The Executive Centre (TEC), the leading premium flexible workspace provider, has announced a change in its leadership for the South Asia & Middle East region with the promotion of its key senior executives. Rajat Kapur will be assuming the role of Managing Director, North India, United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while Manish Khedia will be the Managing Director for South India, West India and Sri Lanka.

The promotions underscore the significance that TEC attributes to Kapur and Khedia who are amongst the most experienced and seasoned leaders, demonstrating successful performance throughout their tenure. Khedia who started with a 207 workstations centre at UB City, Bengaluru in 2013 now manages over 9,000 workstations across 36 centres in South India, West India and Sri Lanka. Over the last 3 years, Khedia has achieved 1.5 x regional revenue growth including 5 expansions in 2023 totalling 1,307 workstations. Kapur started with a 228 seated centre in Gurgaon and now commands over 6000 workstations, delivering significant growth rate across the North India and Middle East markets.

Significantly, these crucial changes as part of TEC’s expansion strategy , have come at a time when TEC celebrates its 30 year milestone and further strengthen its position to capture state of the art premium flexible workspace market share by meeting the ever-evolving needs of clients.

Sanjay Shukla is New MD at NHB

Sanjay Shukla who previously worked with  Centrum Housing Finance,  has joined as the new managing director of National Housing Bank.

Shukla who has a strong background in startups and  played key role  in financial entities like LIC Housing Finance Limited, brings a vast insightful  experience to NHB. He has expertise in product management , franchise development, relationship management , portfolio analytics, brand management, sales & distribution and credit management.His appointment assumes significance in the light  of NHB’s plans to  raise capital by issuing bonds.

Sandeep Ahuja is Global CEO, Atmosphere Living

Sandeep Ahuja who previously served as the Managing Director,  has been elevated to the position of CEO of Atmosphere Living , an innovative luxury player focused on transforming luxury living with customized end-to-end amenities and indulgences.

Sandeep has extensive experience in media, hospitality and retail, having worked with firms like Tata Housing and others,   At Tata Housing, he was instrumental in  in buying 26 projects totalling USD 3 billiob across ten active cities and established business in international markets. He specializes in business development, strategic planning , retail sales and entrepreneurship

In his new role Sandeep is responsible for operations in India along with Sri Lanka, Dubai and Maldives.
