DDA Launching 3 New Housing Schemes

Upcoming DDA Housing Scheme 2024

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching three new housing schemes this month, offering over 39000 flats under different categories.

The new housing schemes will be for affordable, mid-income and high-income categories and the flats will be offered in localities such as Dwarka, Rohini, Jasola, Narela, Loknayakpuram and Siraspur. Out of a total of 39573 flats, 34000 flats will be given to persons belonging to low-income groups (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS). These affordable flats costing Rs 11.5 lakh upwards will be offered in Rohini, Narela, Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur and Loknayakpuram. There will be 5400 flats for a higher-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), LIG and EWS  categories. These flats will be available in Jasola, Narela and Loknayakpuram at prices starting from about Rs 29 lakh. Under the Dwarka Housing Scheme, DDA will offer 173 flats under the HIG and MIG categories. These flats will be offered in Sectors 14, 16B and 19B of Dwarka through e-auction.

Meanwhile Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development  Corporation (HSIIDC) will be e-auctioning industrial plots in various industrial estates across the state in Sonipat, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak, Jhajjar, Rewari, Jind and Sirsa districts. These plots are available in sizes ranging from 300-1012.50 sqm, 450 to 2800 sqm, 450-4050 sqm,1012.50 -3300 sqm, 1800-4275 sqm, 1800-6000sqm,  2400-15000 sqm, 3800 sqm,4050-78165 sqm, 4500-8300 sqm, 7600-15000 sqm and 13300-86850 sqm. The reserved price for these industrial plots ranges from Rs 14850 PSM, 16300 psm, Rs 19300 psm, Rs 21600 psm, Rs 27200 psm, Rs 29600 psm, 33250 psm, 35900 psm, 42450 psm and 72400 psm. These plots will be e-auctioned on 21 August 2024.
