India’s tallest shopping mall- Saya Status is fast coming up in Noida to completely transform the country’s retail real estate landscape.
Being developed by Saya Group at the cost of Rs 2000 crore, the 150 feet high mall is located in Sector 129 Noida on Noida – Greater Noida Expressway. This 9-floor stunning vertical development will have a total built-up area of 1.4 million sq ft with 1.1 million sq ft of lease area.
Designed by the Singapore-based world renowned architecture firm, DP Architects of Dubai Mall fame, Saya Status will offer a perfect blend of style, luxury and convenience. From the lower ground to the second floor, there will be a hyper market, men, women and kids fashion brands. The third floor will have a 750-seater food court and a Time Zone Family Entertainment Centre.The 4th floor will have a 1300-seater 6-screen cineplex and about two dozen fine dining restaurants. There will be a gold souk on the 5th floor. The 6th and 7th floor will respectively have a wedding designer collection and health, beauty and fitness outlets. The 8th and 9th floors will have clubs and bars with live bands. A notable speciality of the mall will be store-side parking from 4th to 9th floors, besides underground parking. There will be dedicated parking for women and senior citizens.
According to Vikas Bhasin, Chairman & Managing Director of Saya Group, 30 leading brands out of a total of 55 finalised brands have signed up retail space of 4 lakh sq ft. By the year end, 60% of the mall will be leased and by mid 2024, it will be fully leased out. Expected to become operational by 2025, Saya Status will set a new trend in retail shopping in India.
