In line with its strategy to create growth hubs in Tier-2 cities, Omaxe Group has planned a new 450-acre integrated project in Indore. It has acquired a 450-acre land parcel along the super Corridor in Indore. This modern lifestyle project is planned as a future-ready township with a balanced mix of residential plots, housing clusters, commercial and retail spaces, hospitality, education and healthcare facilities with green open spaces. To be developed at an investment of INR 1200 crore, the project will be executed in multiple phases and generate a revenue of INR 2500 crore.
Omaxe which has delivered 135 million sq ft of space has a strong foothold in Madhya Pradesh where it has already delivered 15 projects. it will now be leveraging its 1170-acre land bank across Indore, Ujjain and Ratlam. In Indore, Omaxe is developing several townships including Omaxe City-1 over 330 acres, Omaxe City-2 over 88.4 acres, Omaxe Hills over 90 acres and Omaxe Pratham over 50 acres.In Ujjain, Omaxe has Omaxe City -1 over 75 acres and has planned two joint venture projects Omaxe City-2 and Omaxe City-3 , each spread over 50 acres. In Ratlam, Omaxe is coming up with Omaxe City over 35 acres.
