Credai Hyderabad’s three-day property show was organized from February 6-8, 2026 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hitech City, bringing together Credai member developers and key stakeholders from across the real estate ecosystem on a single trusted platform.
The property show was inaugurated by. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Deputy Chief Minister & Minister for Finance and Planning, Telangana, with. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister for Irrigation & Civil Supplies, Telangana, and K Ramakrishna Rao, Chief Secretary, Telangana in the presence of the senior leadership of Credai Hyderabad, including. N. Jaideep Reddy, President; B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect; and. K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, General Secretary, along with show Convener Susheel Kumar Jain and Co-Convener N. Venugopal, other Managing Committee members, representatives from the banking sector and industry stakeholders ..
The event with the theme ‘Permanent Ho Jao’,
encouraged homebuyers to invest in Hyderabad and make the city their permanent home with long-term assurance. The exhibition exclusively showcased more than 300 RERA-approved projects, ensuring that visitors engaged only with verified, compliant, and credible developments. Homebuyers were able to explore a comprehensive range of residential and commercial offerings, including apartments, villas, plotted developments, and office spaces across Hyderabad’s established residential zones and emerging growth corridors, all under one roof.
The ministers- Mr Vikramarka and Mr Reddy and Chief Secretary, K Ramakrishna emphasized how the development of world class infrastructureand policy measures to boost timely approvals, digital processes and regulation have not only protected homebuyers but also enabled inclusive urban development, attracting investments across sectors, including real estate and hospitality. .
Today Hyderabad’s real estate sector continues to stand out nationally for its structural strength, long term stability, and resilience, benefitting from consistent policy direction, proactive governance, and sustained investments in physical and social infrastructure. This has translated into steady end-user demand, growing investor confidence, and a healthy balance across residential segments. Highlighting this, N Jaideep Reddy, President Credai, Hyderabad said that Hyderabad real estate offers a compelling value proposition combining affordability with improved quality of life. He dwelled that for homebuyers, the current phase represents a strategic and timely opportunity to invest in a city that is clearly on a long-term growth trajectory, before the next cycle of price appreciation fully plays out.

Kranti Kiran Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, added that in coordination with RERA, they were addressing critical challenges in the real estate sector, particularly illegal pre-launch and sales that distort pricing and mislead buyers. Further, in order to boost the confidence of homebuyers, Credai Hyderabad is developing technology to curb such practices under the Unified Building Code.
The 3-day event, besides showcasing the best properties in the city also hosted engaging discussions with RERA officials, bureaucrats, real estate research agencies and industry leaders to give homebuyers a complete unbiased perspective on city’s growth and outlook, in turn helping them take an informed decision to buy home.
