Mahindra Lifespace adds 10.5-acre land in Bengaluru for housing project worth Rs 1,250 cr
Real estate firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd will jointly develop a housing project in Bengaluru with an estimated revenue of Rs 1,250 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company announced “joint development of a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru”.
Mahindra Lifespace did not name the landowner with whom it has entered into the joint development agreement.
The project is estimated to offer around 1 million sq ft of saleable area, primarily having premium residential apartments. The company expects to launch the development within the next nine months. Located about 8 km from the airport, the project will strengthen Mahindra Lifespaces‘ presence in the northern part of the city, a residential market supported by infrastructure development and demand for housing, the company said in a BSE filing.
With the latest addition, the developer will have three projects in the region, including two land parcels acquired in 2025. Together, the three projects have a combined development potential of approximately 3 million sq ft of saleable area.
The site is located off the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway, with access to technology parks, commercial hubs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail destinations. The area is also expected to benefit from upcoming metro connectivity in the vicinity, the company said.
