Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL Group), one of Mumbai’s leading construction & real estate development companies, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended 30th Sep 2026.

Manan Shah, Managing Director of Man Infraconstruction Limited, said, “We have sustained the profitable growth momentum established at the start of FY27, with consolidated profit after tax after non-controlling interest increasing 14% YoY to ₹63 crores in Q2FY27 and 21% YoY to ₹134 crores in H1FY27. This performance reinforces our confidence in the business and our guidance of approximately 25% growth in PAT over FY26.”

“Our portfolio is well positioned for the next phase of growth. Excluding projects newly launched during the financial year, our ongoing projects are approximately 65–70% sold and are expected to approach completion over the next 6–15 months. This would result in higher revenue recognition, profitability and cash flows going forward. During the quarter we announced an open-market buyback with a maximum size of ₹169 crores and have already completed 75.2% of the maximum approved size. We also achieved an important milestone in MICL’s journey after collaborating with Godrej Properties Group (Godrej) for the development of Marine Lines Project where we recouped our investments of ₹300+ crores and will continue to benefit through revenue sharing arrangement from the project.”

“We have strong pipeline of marquee project developments at Mumbai’s iconic locations – South Mumbai and Bandra totalling with an estimated Gross Development Value of over ₹9,500 crores coming from Tardeo 2.0, Marine Lines and Berkeley House at Bandstand. These developments are expected to generate further sales momentum in the quarters to come. With our focus on premium locations, disciplined execution and development pipeline, we remain confident in achieving our combined pre-sales guidance of ₹5,000 crore over FY27 and FY28.”
