Brookfield Properties, in collaboration with St+Art India, has launched a unique art initiative at Worldmark Delhi that seamlessly blends creativity with everyday life. The project features interactive installations by emerging artists — Ashna Malik, Shweta Sharma, Pragyesh Parmar, and Lekha Shastry — each exploring distinct artistic styles through themes of abstraction, figuration, minimalism, and color theory. Through QR-enabled digital interactions and curated experiences, the initiative reflects Brookfield Properties’ commitment to integrating art, wellbeing, and community engagement into its workplaces and public spaces.
Enhancing the experience further, each installation features a QR code that, when scanned, brings the artwork to life through dynamic motion on the viewer’s phone — creating an immersive digital interaction that deepens engagement. The launch also featured an insightful panel discussion titled “Where Art Meets Work: Workplaces that Inspire,” which explored how creativity enhances wellbeing, collaboration, and a sense of belonging in professional environments.
As a global patron of the arts, Brookfield Properties’ approach to real estate is deeply rooted in ‘bringing our spaces to life’. At its core, the collaboration reinforces Brookfield Properties’ commitment to making art accessible to all, fostering a sense of belonging, and enriching the everyday experiences of those who live, work, and visit our destinations. The initiative captures multiple perspectives — from creating engaging and inspiring workplaces that foster creativity, for tenants, to providing a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talent within vibrant community spaces.
Addressing the occasion, Nitin Bir, Retail Head at Brookfield Properties, stated, “At Brookfield Properties, we see art as an essential part of placemaking — one that inspires creativity, fosters wellbeing, and builds meaningful connections between people and places. Our collaboration with St+Art India brings this vision to life at Worldmark Delhi — making art accessible, nurturing emerging talent, and creating experiences that unite and enrich our communities.”
This project is Brookfield Properties’ first art-inspired experience in Delhi, continuing its worldwide vision of bringing art and culture into the built environment. Through encouragement of artist, tenant, and broader community involvement, Brookfield Properties remains at the forefront of redefining spaces as vibrant ecosystems of creativity, well-being, and community connection.
