Sanjay Nayar, a well known financial expert and Chairman, Sorin Investment Fund has taken over as the new President of the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry. He brings an experience of four decades in global financial and capital markets including 25 years at Citi and nearly 14 years at KKR before retiring last year. He established KKR in India where he led investments of around USD 14 billion in private equity, real estate, infrastructure.

Currently, Sanjay serves as a Non- Executive Director at the new age e-commerce company NYKAA founderd by him and his wife Falguni Nayar.He was recently appointed as a non-official member of the Board of Trade, Government of India, representing the private sector and is a mamber of the National Startup Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Board of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and the board of the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Anarock Appoints Peush Jain as MD, Corporate Leasing & Advisory

Industry veteran, Peush Jain has been roped in as Managing Director- Corporate Leasing & Advisory by Anarock following the launch of its dedicated commercial office leasing services.

A real estate industry veteran with 23 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, Peush Jain has deep industry relationships with domestic and multinational occupiers, owners and investors in various asset classes. Prior to his appointment at Anarock, he has heldleadership roles in international property consultancies CBRE and Colliers  International.

At Anarock, Peush Jain will spearhead corporate leasing, tenant representation across service lines, landlord representation for key developers and managing important client relationships.
