Torbit Partners Assocham National Real Estate Summit

Torbit Realty (real estate fortnightly in English) and Torbit Property (real estate monthly in Hindi) under Torbit group, have partnered with the upcoming Assocham National Real Estate Summit to be held in New Delhi on 10 July 2024, along with industry bigwigs like DLF and Signature Global. Sanjeev Kathuria, Founder & CEO, Torbit Consulting will be one of the speakers at the summit on the theme of ‘Changing Dynamics of Real Estate for Viksit Bharat – Challenges & Opportunities’.

The Assocham conference, having Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar as the invited chief guest, assumes significance as it is being organised just about a fortnight before the presentation of the Union Budget for 2024-25. Two luminaries from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) including Dr Shailesh Kr Aggarwal, ED, Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council, MoHUA and Prof Dr PSN Rao, Member High Level Committee on Urban Planning, MoHUA, will be part of the summit. The conference is taking place in the backdrop of an unprecedented boom in the real estate sector, driven by the rapid urbanisation, regulatory reforms and investor-friendly policies of the government .With the real estate sector poised for significant and sustained growth amidst government’s continuous focus on boosting infrastructure development  and affordable housing to push ‘Housing for All’, the conference will dwell on diverse aspects of the real estate sector that have seen massive transformation due to twin focus on technology and sustainability.
