Group 108 secures Part CC for Grandthum, begins possession for 1,300 customers

Noida-based developer Group 108 has received Part Completion Certificate (Part CC) for its flagship commercial project, Grandthum, in Greater Noida West, paving the way for possession to over 1,300 customers. Spread across 23 acres, the mixed-use development integrates premium office spaces, high-street retail, multiplex, dining, and leisure, positioning itself as one of NCR’s emerging commercial hubs.
