NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE under the Government of India and a leading name in engineering and construction, has taken a significant step toward expanding its global presence with the signing of a broad framework Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, a prominent Dubai-based developer. Valued at approximately AED 3 billion, the collaboration marks NBCC’s renewed thrust into the fast-growing Middle East construction market, following its successful delivery of the iconic India Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020, valued at USD 46.8 million.

The MoU was signed by Pradeep Sharma, ED (Engg) and Ali Abusafieh, Legal Director, Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC in the presence of K. P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC. Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), NBCC, Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC,   Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance), NBCC, and other senior officers from NBCC and Pantheon.

Under the terms of the MoU, NBCC and Pantheon will collaborate on the execution of high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects across the United Arab Emirates. The collaboration will leverage NBCC’s six decades of engineering excellence and project management expertise alongside Pantheon’s robust local development portfolio.

NBCC has to its credit successful completion of India Pavillion in Dubai for Dubai Expo 2020 value USD 46.8 million.
