The report notes that branded residence supply in the Asia-Pacific region has grown 55% over the past five years, with India named as one of the key contributors alongside Vietnam and Thailand.

Savills classifies India’s major metros—Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru—under the ‘Emerging Cities’ category, which historically shows stronger premium potential compared with mature global markets.
Globally, branded residences command an average 33% price premium. In India, developers collaborating with top international brands are already seeing strong absorption and higher buyer trust.

The report highlights Dubai as the world’s #1 branded residence hub, with 64 completed projects and 87 more in the pipeline.
Dubai’s tax-friendly environment, global connectivity, and premium lifestyle ecosystem attract significant investment from wealthy Indians—making this one of the most active cross-border luxury real estate corridors globally.
