Flexible workspace provider Awfis reported a strong financial performance for the nine months ended FY26, led by robust growth in its coworking and allied services segment and improved operating leverage. The company posted a 25% year-on-year rise in operating revenue to ₹1,083 crore, while operational EBITDA grew 39% YoY to ₹398 crore, supported by margin expansion, a higher share of mature centres and continued demand for premium, enterprise-grade workspaces.
