A major hospitality project in Mumbai took a significant step forward as the K Raheja Group, in collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts, held a pre-opening puja ceremony for its upcoming dual hotel and convention centre development in Powai. The event was attended by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, underscoring the project’s importance in strengthening the city’s position as a global hub for tourism, business, and large-scale events.
This mega development, positioned as a key addition to Mumbai’s evolving hospitality landscape, comprises a dual hotel complex along with a large-format convention centre. The project features approximately 300 keys, 13 meeting rooms, 4 F&B outlets, expansive lawns, and multiple public and event spaces, and is scheduled to open in 2026.
Blending scale with thoughtful design, the project reflects a strategic collaboration between the K Raheja Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts, aimed at delivering an integrated hospitality ecosystem catering to both business and leisure segments.
Speaking on the occasion, Vijayta Raheja congratulated the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis Ji and said,
“Maharashtra continues to lead as one of India’s most progressive and investment-friendly states, driven by a strong focus on infrastructure, ease of doing business, and forward-looking governance under the leadership of our dynamic Chief Minister.
