IndiQube Spaces Limited, an integrated tech enabled workspace solutions platform, has announced the signing of a significant workspace leasing agreement with a leading Global Capability Centre in the healthcare technology space. The client has taken up over 48,000 sq.ft. of premium Grade A workspace along the Outer Ring Road corridor, one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after commercial micro markets. The deal is valued at around ₹75 crore over a five-year tenure.
This transaction underscores the growing demand from Global Capability Centres for high quality, scalable workspaces in key business districts and further reinforces IndiQube’s position as a preferred partner for GCCs.
