M3M India has entered into a strategic partnership with Zydex Paints to deploy KEIM Regalan, a globally proven silicate mineral façade system from KEIM, Germany, across its premium residential and commercial developments. The collaboration marks a significant step towards integrating advanced façade technologies that enhance façade durability, reduce long-term maintenance and elevate construction quality across its luxury developments.

The partnership will commence with M3M Golf Hills in Sector 79, Gurugram, where KEIM Regalan will be used across the project’s exterior façade, with implementation beginning in July 2026. Building on this, M3M India will extend the technology across marquee developments including The Cullinan, Altitude, Mansion and other premium projects. Collectively, the collaboration is expected to generate nearly ₹100 crore in exterior façade works over the next three years.

Manufactured in India by Zydex Paints under an exclusive licensing arrangement with KEIMFARBEN, Germany, KEIM Regalan combines nearly 150 years of global expertise in mineral coatings with local manufacturing capabilities. Recognised as the pioneer of silicate mineral paints, KEIM’s technology has been used to protect landmark buildings across the world and is now being introduced at scale across M3M’s premium portfolio.

The collaboration reflects a growing shift in India’s premium real estate sector, where developers are increasingly adopting globally benchmarked construction materials that deliver superior quality, lower maintenance and long-term asset value. As homebuyers place greater emphasis on quality and longevity, advanced façade systems are becoming an integral part of premium project specifications.

Unlike conventional acrylic paints that form a surface film, KEIM Regalan chemically bonds with the building substrate through a process known as silicification. Backed by a minimum 20-year warranty on film integrity and colour performance, the system significantly reduces repainting requirements and maintenance while preserving the building’s appearance over the long term.
