State-owned construction and infrastructure major NBCC reported strong financial performance in the first quarter of FY 2026-27, with standalone EBITDA rising 62.05% year-on-year to Rs 159.89 crore and profit after tax (PAT) increasing 32.06% to Rs 150.65 crore. Standalone revenue from operations grew 10% to Rs 1,823.04 crore during the quarter. On a consolidated basis, PAT rose 17.02% to Rs 158.01 crore, while EBITDA increased 39.02% to Rs 154.95 crore, despite a decline in consolidated revenue.
The Board of Directors in the meeting held recently approved the financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30.06.2026. Company reported standalone Revenue from operations of Rs. 1823.04 Cr. for Q1 FY 2026-27 compared to Rs. 1656.77 Cr. for Q1 FY 2025-26. Consolidated Revenue from operations for Q1 FY 2026-27 stood at Rs. 2259.53 Cr. compared to Rs. 2392.49 Cr. for Q1 FY 2025-26.
EBITDA jumps to Rs. 159.89 Cr. from Rs. 98.67 Cr. on standalone basis & to Rs. 154.95 Cr. from Rs. 111.46 Cr. on consolidated basis, on YoY basis for Q1 FY 2026-27.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) on standalone basis increased from Rs. 153.13 Cr. to Rs. 202.27 Cr. and on consolidated basis increased from Rs.181.45 Cr to Rs. 212.79 Cr. on YoY basis for quarter ended 30.06.2026.
Profit After Tax (PAT) on standalone basis has shown growth from Rs. 114.08 Cr. to Rs. 150.65 Cr. and on consolidated basis from Rs.135.03 Cr. to Rs. 158.01 Cr on YoY basis for the Q1 FY 2026-27.
