Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, the real estate arm of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has appointed P. Rajendran as its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). In his new role, Rajendran will lead various aspects towards achieving complete customer satisfaction and co-create the company’s strategic road map, fully aligning it with present and future customer needs.
Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, the real estate arm of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has appointed P. Rajendran as its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). In his new role, Rajendran will lead various aspects towards achieving complete customer satisfaction and co-create the company’s strategic road map, fully aligning it with present and future customer needs.
He will be responsible for enhancing customer-driven sales performance, developing new marketing strategies, and directing desired growth plans towards the success of the company.
Rajendran, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Bhilai Institute of Technology and Master in Business Administration from the Institute for Technology and Management (ITM) Mumbai, brings over two decades of rich experience in real estate and consumer goods. He has served in leadership roles in renowned companies such as Tata Value Homes Limited, Tata Housing Development Company Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, and Eureka Forbes. He was also the founder of North Star Realty. Before joining Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Aliens Group.

Leadership Appointments at Deloitte India. Deloitte India has made key leadership appointments. Shefali Goradia has achieved the distinction of being the first woman to head a Big Four firm in India. Shefali replaces Atul dhawan whose term expired on March 31.

A Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Shefali was a Partner in Deloitte before being elevated to the position of chairperson. Earlier she served with BMR Advisors and Nishith Desai Associates. Besides being chairperson of Deloitte India, Shefali will also head the governing board of the company.
Romal Shetty is the new CEO-Designate . Debashish Mishra is the Chief Growth Officer responsible for the go to market strategy while Deepti Sagar takes over as the Chief People and Experience Officer. A new management committee has been put in place to oversee operations and drive growth.
Ashwinder R Singh is Co-Chair of CII’s Regional Real Estate CommitteeAshwinder R Singh, CEO – Residential of Bhartiya Urban Limited has been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Regional Real Estate Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in addition to being a member of the CII Northern Regional Council.
In his new role with CII, Ashwinder will be leveraging the premier platform to advocate for policies that promote the growth and development of the industry, partner with the government and enhance the sector’s contribution to the overall economic development of the region.
JLL Promotes Sandeep Sethi to Asia Pacific Division
Global property consultancy JLL has appointed Sandeep Sethi as Division President for its Work Dynamics Business Unit in Asia Pacific. that provides a suite of services addressing the full real estate life cycle for corporate occupiers
With over 27 years of diverse experience in the corporate sector including 10 years at JLL , Sethi in his new role will be responsible for North and West Asia, reporting to Susheel Kaul, CEO, work Dynamics, Asia Pacific. Based in Gurgaon, Sethi will have managerial oversight for delivering services and solutions to clients including relationship development, expansion and retention . In addition, he will be accountable for growing JLL’s North Asia market share in mainland China and Hongkong while continuing his current role as Managing Director & Head, West Asia, Work Dynamics.
