Nestled amid the rolling hills of Igatpuri, the five-bedroom private retreat joins Vieda, StayVista’s uber-luxury collection featuring some of India’s most distinctive private villas and holiday homes.

RAAYA Estate is a personal passion property for Rahane, a family sanctuary conceived as a place to retreat, recharge and spend time away from the demands of international cricket. Overlooking a tranquil lake and surrounded by lush landscapes, the estate is where Rahane and his wife Radhika regularly unwind with their children, enjoying the privacy, space and slower rhythm that Igatpuri offers.

Designed for intimate gatherings of family and friends, the estate can accommodate up to 15 guests and features five king-size bedrooms, an infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape, a gazebo, manicured gardens, a dedicated children’s play area and an in-house bar.
