myHQ, India’s largest commercial real estate marketplace, is targeting ₹100 cr from its first three years in the Dubai market. The company entered the ₹1000 cr UAE market in August this year with a consulting business model designed to assist Indian and international founders set up businesses in the UAE.

“Dubai alone is an estimated ₹1,000 crore market, larger than the current flex marketplace in India. UAE and the GCC form a significant and strategic growth market for myHQ’s global plans. We expect Dubai to generate ₹100 cr revenue in the first three years,” said Utkarsh Kawatra, Co-founder and CEO of myHQ.

The ₹1,000 crore estimate reflects growing demand from Indian start-ups, SMEs and HNIs expanding into the region. Indian companies are the largest group of new foreign members joining the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. More than 18,400 new Indian companies joined the Chamber in 2025, up 11% from the year before. Another 7,579 joined in the first half of 2026, taking the number of active Indian member companies to 85,841 as of June 2026, up 15% in a year. In DMCC, one of Dubai’s largest free zones, Indian businesses form the biggest international community with over 4,080 companies.

Trade is adding to this momentum. Four years into the CEPA (India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement), bilateral trade crossed USD 100 billion for the second year in a row in FY 2025-26. Both countries now aim to double this to USD 200 billion by 2032. Dubai’s strategic location also gives these businesses access to the wider Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia.

To serve these businesses, myHQ is adding business setup services to its flagship flex office discovery platform. It will offer assistance across free-zone, mainland and offshore setup, covering jurisdiction, licensing, registration, tax structuring, Golden Visa and accounting network partnerships. Depending on requirements, myHQ will also assist with establishment cards, visas, Emirates ID and corporate banking applications.

myHQ is offering three broad assistance modules, namely ‘Start in Dubai’, ‘Expand to Dubai’ and ‘Move to Dubai’. The modules are targeted at Indian SMEs and established businesses, start-up founders, professionals as well as families relocating to the GCC.

“myHQ’s Dubai operations will cover all seven Emirates, focusing on key business jurisdictions of DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Meydan, DIFC and ADGM, and mainland and offshore structures. The aim is to simplify the Dubai market-entry journey for Indian businesses through an integrated approach to business setup and commercial real estate,” added Kawatra.
