Arisinfra and Merusri Developers have unveiled Merusri Sunscape, an exclusive luxury villa community on Bengaluru’s IVC Road, marking a premium addition to the city’s fast-evolving real estate landscape.

The project is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, including RERA, and has achieved complete financial closure. Construction is expected to be completed within 30 to 36 months.
