Realty firm ASF Group has rented 4 lakh square feet office space to Genpact in Gurugram in one of the largest workspaces leasing deals in Delhi-NCR.

Delhi-based ASF Group has so far delivered more than 5 million sq ft of workspaces across Northern India, PTI reported.

In a statement on Wednesday, ASF group said it has leased about 0.4 million sq ft of office space at its project ‘ASF Insignia’, to Genpact. The transaction will see Genpact occupy a complete commercial tower.

The company did not share the monthly rental for this leasing deal. It also did not disclose the tenure of the agreement.

The project ‘ASF Insignia’, spread over 50 acres, is an IT office campus covering 4.5 million sq ft of premium office space.

According to real estate consultant Vestian, the office space leasing rose 27 per cent to 23.9 million sq ft in June quarter of this year across seven major cities-Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
