Ashar Group elevates Kalwa with branded retail at Ashar Arize

Ashar Group is redefining Kalwa’s commercial identity with the arrival of marquee brands at its flagship project, Ashar Arize. Lenskart, India’s leading optical retail chain, and Clove Dental, the country’s largest dental network, are set to launch their outlets at the project’s high-street retail plaza, marking a major step in Kalwa’s transformation from a commuter town into a vibrant lifestyle and retail destination.

Both the brands will operate from Ashar Arize’s 600 sq. ft. retail space bringing in some credible national brand recognition to this part of Thane. Together, they set the stage for Kalwa’s transformation into a modern retail and lifestyle destination.

Often viewed as a commuter town, Kalwa is rapidly-evolving into a self-sustaining micromarket. The presence of trusted healthcare and lifestyle brands like Clove Dental and Lenskart signals growing confidence in Kalwa’s potential as a lifestyle-led hub.

The high-street retail plaza at Ashar Arize spans over 20,000 sq. ft. of carpet area, with units ranging from 300 to 800 sq. ft., offering excellent frontage, proximity to market hubs, and pedestrian-friendly design ideal for brands seeking high-impact exposure. The project’s positioning near the station ensures constant footfall, amplified further by the residential population within and around the development.

The retail section at Ashar Arize has received its Occupation Certificate, with possession for shops commencing immediately, paving the way for swift operational rollouts by incoming brands.
