      Ashar Group, one of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s (MMR) most coveted real estate developers, has announced that its flagship luxury project, The Legend by Ashar, has received its Occupancy Certificate (OC) 20 months ahead of its original RERA-mandated completion date of 2028.       Nestled in the illustrious Pali Hill, Bandra – amidst a tapestry of legends and cinematic history – The Legend by Ashar stands as a sculptural ode to sophisticated living. The project has recorded over ₹500 crore in sales, supported by growing interest from HNIs and institutional buyers.
