Ashwinder R Singh, Vice Chairman & CEO, BCD Group has joined as a Mentor at India Accelerator & IIT Bombay’s startup incubator (E-Cell Eureka). In his new role, Singh will support founders with practitioner playbooks across proptech and urbantech: product market fit for built environment and infra-tech, go-to-market and sales engines category design, partner ecosystem, channel motion capital readiness and governance, term sheet hygiene, SPVs/jdas, board discipline, scale with purpose : operations, compliance and community-first growth. 

Singh is currently Chairman of CII’s Real Estate Committee and a member of the CII National Task Force on Ease of Doing Business, besides being Advisor to NAR India.
