Noida-based new age real estate development firm Aurika Group has announced INR 220 crore expansion plan to strengthen its presence across Tier-2 cities in Uttar Pradesh. In line with its strategy to undertake developments in emerging urban hubs, the company has planned a 150-key serviced suites project in Ayodhya, in partnership with Best Western hotel brand and a premium villa community on a 5.50-acre site in Bareilley.

Designed to cater to Ayodhya’s booming religious tourism, the project offering premium serviced suites on 14 Koshi Parikarma Marg, complete with rooftop dining and wellness facilities, offers a modern yet culturally grounded hospitality experience, combining sustainable architecture with contemporary comfort for pilgrims and travellers alike.

The Bareilly project is a gated community, featuring low density luxury villas designed for residents seeking tranquality, seamless connectivity and environment responsible living. This is the third project of Aurika group in Bareilly. The other two include ‘The Residency’, a sold out plotted cum villa development and Aurika Avenue, an under construction mixed-use project.
