Rajasthan-based developer Bhumika Group is set to emerge as NCR’s key realty player in retail realty with the addition of 8.5 lakh sq ft of retail space by 2024. This includes the company’s 5.5 lakh sq ft retail mall project in Faridabad. The retail project in Faridabad in the prime location of Sector 27, has a huge 2-acre frontage along Mathura Road in the heart of Delhi.The other retail developments amounting to 3 lakh sq ft  under public-private partnership model with various government agencies including NHPC Metro Station , Delhi-Meerut RRTS projects.

Bhumika Group’s retail developments will involve an investment of Rs 550 crore. Says Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director, Bhumika Group, ” We are bullish on NCR’s commercial potential . Our retail expansion plan seeks to capitalise on the potential of NCR in general and Faridabad in particular which is a key realty growth corridor”.
