Riding high on a diversified development portfolio across prime and emerging markets in the National Capital Region (NCR), Real estate developer, Bhumika Realty, part of the INR 3000 crore Bhumika Group with interests in real estate, , hospitality, logistics and e-commerce has set a gross revenue target of INR 2000 crore for FY26.
The company’s revenue for the current financial year, will be supported by the launch of a large-scale mixed-use development in Faridabad, a newly signed 1 lakh sq ft commercial project on MG Road Gurgaon and two residential projects in Gurgaon and Faridabad that are at an advanced stages of closure. These projects are located in premium, high-demand micro-markets and are expected to significantly contribute to the company’s topline performance in FY25.
Bhumika Realty’s growth plans, according to Uddhav Poddar, CMD, Bhumika Group, hinge on its development strategy, focusing on creating high-value assets across key NCR locations. The company’s INR 2000 crore revenue target for FY 26, is anchored on strategic land acquisitions, strong execution capabilities and tapping into the Delhi residential market , further consolidating its position in one of the most competitive real estate corridors in the country.
Going forward, Bhumika Realty has set an ambitious revenue target for the upcoming financial year, supported by strategic project launches, broader market expansion and faster execution cycles.
