Capacit’e Infraprojects wins ₹542.37 crore EPC contract from IIT Bombay

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has bagged a prestigious order worth ₹542.37 crore (excluding taxes) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay for the construction of fast-track buildings on a Design and Build (EPC) basis at its Powai campus in Mumbai.

The project encompasses comprehensive infrastructure development, including design and architectural works, finishing, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, firefighting and alarm systems, solar PV installation, lifts, landscaping, and external development. This large-scale contract underscores Capacit’e’s engineering expertise and proven capability to deliver complex projects within accelerated timelines.

Commenting on the development, Rahul Katyal, Managing Director, Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, said: “We are honoured to have been selected by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay for this significant project on a Design and Build basis.
