Urban Vault, a leading provider of managed flexible workspaces, has announced the appointments of Dushyant Singh as Director of Sales and Business Development for the West Zone and Shivanshu Pareek as Associate Director of Sales for the North Zone.
In his new role, Dushyant Singh will lead the launch and establishment of Urban Vault’s operations in Pune, focusing on client acquisition, local partnerships and delivering tailored workspace solutions. With extensive experience in the managed office space sector, Singh earlier worked with Awfis, overseeing P&L for more than 20 centres, besides developing channel partnerships, generating leads and securing major enterprise clients with customised office space solutions.
Shivanshu Pareek brings a decade of experience from Indi Qube. With his expertise in business development, stakeholder management and flexible workspace, he will focus on expanding Urban Vault’s presence in the NCR market while exploring opportunities in emerging Tier 2 cities like Jaipur and Mohali.
These appointments align with Urban Vault’s ambitious expansion plans across new cities.
