CREDAI Pune has launched CREDAIBILITY.AI, the world’s first AI property search platform developed by a real estate developers’ association. The platform was launched as part of CREDAI Pune’s General Body Meeting held recently at Sheraton Grand, Pune.

The application, launched in partnership with PropTech company Relata, is envisioned to ensure that a significant share of homebuyer property searches in Pune begin within the CREDAI ecosystem, while fostering a more transparent and developer-led digital marketplace. More than 400 projects are already onboarded on this app, and the target remains to expand the listings to over 800 projects, creating a comprehensive property discovery platform for the city. With time and the advancement of AI and technology, there will be more AI-driven features, market insights and buyer assistance tools being upgraded with the application’s growth.
