CREDAI Pune has announced the 24th edition of its flagship Pune Property Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from January 16 to 18 at the Agriculture College Ground, Pune. Touted as the largest real estate exhibition in the city, the event will bring together over 85 CREDAI-member developers and showcase more than 400 RERA-registered residential and commercial projects across Pune, PCMC and PMRDA regions.

It aims to offer homebuyers and investors a comprehensive platform to explore a diverse range of real estate options—from affordable to luxury homes, co-living and senior living, NA plots to premium villas and Grade A commercial properties.

Themed “Poona to Pune” the exhibition highlights the city’s remarkable transformation while showcasing future-ready real estate growth. The event will feature engaging on-ground activities, including a symbolic human chain initiative.

The expo will be inaugurated on 16th January 2025 at 10:30 A.M. by Dr. Abhay Firodia, Chairman, Force Motors Limited, with Dr. Anand Deshpande, Founder, Chairman & MD, Persistent Systems, as the Guest of Honour. The event will feature several highlights, including on-the-spot deals, loan assistance from leading financial institutions, lucky draws and exciting gifts for visitors.

As a precursor to the main event, India’s biggest networking event for channel partners and developers is scheduled on 15th January 2026, bringing together approximately 1,000 channel partners.

The developer channel partner conclave will have knowledge sessions from top social media influencers on customer trends, AI sessions on sales, and senior developers on market trends.
