Eden Realty has announced its flagship mixed-use district, Kolkata Westshore, in a milestone development destined to reshape Eastern India’s urban landscape. Spanning 38 acres on the Shalimar foreshore in Howrah, the project acts as the primary anchor for a massive, multi-stakeholder vision encompassing nearly 700 acres of adjoining green, institutional, port, and railway riverfront lands.

To maximize this structural momentum, Kolkata Westshore meticulously structures its 38 acres into four distinct development zones. The residential anchors include Eden Devprayag, a 9-acre luxury development with towers up to 28 floors with 270-degree river views and exclusive access to Banaras style ghat, alongside Solaris Shalimar, a 9-acre sustainable, community-focused phase.
