Godrej Properties Ltd has received the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) approval for Phase 1 of its upcoming luxury residential project, Godrej Trilogy, in Worli, Mumbai. Spread across a prime 2.63-acre land parcel adjoining the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, the project will feature three premium towers with an estimated total revenue potential exceeding ₹10,000 crore.
The first phase, comprising two towers—Seaturf and Seafront—will offer around 11 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and is slated for launch this quarter. Designed to provide unobstructed views of the Racecourse and the Arabian Sea, the development promises spacious homes with large private decks and world-class amenities.

With approvals now in place, the first phase featuring towers named Seaturf and Seafront, will be launched in the current quarter, and is expected to contribute meaningfully to the company’s residential portfolio in South Mumbai.
