Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has acquired an additional ~3.8-acre land parcel on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, unlocking ~INR 2,400 crore in revenue potential and ~2 million sq. ft. of additional development. With this acquisition, the developer plans a large-scale, premium residential township spanning ~30 acres with a total development potential of ~3 million sq. ft.
