      GREMI – Ganesh Real Estate Management Institute – has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and will commence its first academic batch from August 2026 at the GREMI City Campus within the Million Minds academic environment.

      GREMI is being developed as India’s first dedicated institution focused exclusively on real estate development education, leadership capacity building, and built-environment research.

      India is entering a decisive phase of urban expansion. Over the next two decades, the country will require large-scale delivery of housing, commercial infrastructure, logistics ecosystems, mobility corridors, and social infrastructure. This transformation requires professionally trained development leaders with multidisciplinary capability across planning, finance, execution, governance, and technology.

      GREMI aims to address this national capability gap.

      The institute’s flagship program will be a Postgraduate Program in Real Estate Development and Management designed to prepare future leaders for the evolving real estate and infrastructure ecosystem.

      The first batch will be launched as the Founding Cohort – Batch 2026 with approximately 70 students.

      In parallel, GREMI’s 100-acre integrated residential leadership campus is being planned as a long-term national centre of excellence dedicated to real estate education, research, innovation, and policy engagement.

      GREMI is guided by four core commitments:

      * Building civilisation

      * Regenerating the environment

      * Nurturing responsible business leadership

      * Shaping the cities and communities of tomorrow

      GREMI is being positioned as a long-term knowledge partner for India’s built-environment sector, and I would value your guidance and institutional engagement as we shape this initiative.
