Gulshan Group has appointed Pankaj Singh as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its residential and commercial portfolio.

In his new role, Singh will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, treasury, compliance, and risk management functions, while strengthening financial governance across the organisation. He will also play a key role in driving the company’s long-term growth strategy, capital allocation, and business planning.

With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Pankaj Singh brings deep expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, and business operations. During his tenure at organisations such as DMI (OKAS Real Estate) and ATS Infrastructure, he led key financial initiatives that enhanced business performance and supported organisational growth. His experience is expected to further strengthen Gulshan Group’s growth trajectory and long-term vision.
