Hiranandani Communities has launched Entartica Seaworld at its premium coastal township, Hiranandani Sands, marking the debut of India’s most comprehensive private watersports centre and Maharashtra’s first structured marine leisure facility of its kind. Spread across 225 acres in Nagaon, Alibaug, the integrated township blends luxury residences with hospitality, recreation, and environmental conservation, positioning the region as a fast-emerging year-round coastal destination.

Alibaug is rapidly evolving from a weekend retreat into year-round high-growth residential and investment market, driven by improved infrastructure. Key developments such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Atal setu sea link, coastal highways, upcoming Karanje -Revas seabridge, multimodal Virar- Alibaug corridor, and roro extension upto Revdanda jetty will transform Alibaug into an accessible luxury coastal hotspot for MMR’s discerning buyers

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of Hiranandani Communities, said, “Our vision is to develop integrated destinations that redefine urban lifestyle standards. With Hiranandani Sands, we are extending our skyline legacy to India’s shoreline. The launch of the watersports centre represents a pivotal step in positioning Alibaug as a global coastal township. As connectivity improves and demand for recreation-driven, experience-oriented living rises, Alibaug is set to become the preferred home destination for both metropolitan and international buyers. This hospitality-centric township will drive tourism growth and foster sustained long-term value creation.”

Hiranandani Sands, township will comprise of luxury apartments, villas, plots, service apartments, and branded residences, alongside hospitality assets such as leisure, business, concierge, hotels, convention centre and wellness hubs.  A significant portion of land is reserved for environmental conservation, including wetlands and forest zones, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to sustainable development.

The successful launch of Phase 1 encompasses approximately 330,000 sq. ft. and includes 480 residential units across four towers, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with sea and hill views. This fully sold phase features exclusive branded service apartments priced between ₹1 crore and ₹3.5 crores, reflecting strong market confidence in Hiranandani’s coastal township. Targeting affluent buyers and investors from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, domestic markets, and NRIs, Phase 1 is scheduled for delivery by 2028.

The Maharashtra government’s focus on developing the state’s blue economy further supports Alibaug’s transformation. Infrastructure initiatives—such as the extension of the Ro-Ro ferry from Mumbai’s Ferry Wharf to Revdanda, the proposed Radio Club Jetty at Colaba, Karanje–Rewas Sea Bridge, Virar–Alibaug Multimodal Corridor, Atal Setu, and Navi Mumbai International Airport—are expected to enhance connectivity and investment, firmly establishing Alibaug as a key growth corridor within the Mumbai harbour region.

With its unparalleled watersports centre and thoughtfully designed township, Hiranandani Sands is set to redefine coastal luxury living in Alibaug.
